Product Overview

Our door hinges are high – quality hardware components designed to provide reliable performance for a wide range of door applications. Whether it’s for residential homes, commercial buildings, or industrial facilities, these hinges are built to meet diverse needs.

Materials
•Stainless Steel: Our stainless – steel hinges are highly resistant to corrosion, making them perfect for outdoor use and areas with high humidity, such as bathrooms and kitchens. They are durable and can withstand harsh environmental conditions, ensuring long – term performance. Stainless – steel hinges also have a modern and clean appearance, fitting well with various interior and exterior design styles.
•Copper: Copper hinges have an elegant and classic look, with a natural patina that adds to their aesthetic appeal over time. They are highly durable and resistant to wear and tear. Copper hinges are often chosen for high – end residential projects, especially for doors with a traditional or vintage design theme.
•Aluminum: Aluminum hinges are lightweight yet still offer good strength for lighter – weight doors. They are corrosion – resistant, making them suitable for use in coastal areas or areas with a high moisture content in the air. Aluminum hinges are often used in interior doors, especially those made of lightweight materials like some types of composite doors or certain styles of wooden doors where weight reduction is a factor.

Features

High Load – Bearing Capacity

Our hinges are engineered to support the weight of the door effectively. Depending on the type and material, they can handle different load requirements. For example, the ball – bearing butt hinges and pivot hinges are designed to support heavier doors, ensuring that the door remains stable and does not sag over time.

Smooth Operation

Thanks to advanced manufacturing techniques and high – quality materials, our hinges enable smooth opening and closing of doors. The ball – bearing – equipped hinges reduce friction, allowing the door to move effortlessly. This not only improves the user experience but also reduces wear and tear on the hinge and the door over time.

Adjustable Design (for some models)

Certain hinges in our range, such as some concealed hinges, come with an adjustable design. This allows for minor adjustments in the alignment of the door after installation. Whether it’s to correct for a slightly uneven door frame or to fine – tune the door’s closing mechanism, the adjustable feature ensures a perfect fit and optimal performance.

Installation

Installation of our door hinges is straightforward, but it’s important to follow the correct steps. For butt hinges, start by marking the positions on the door and frame where the hinges will be mounted. Typically, the top hinge is placed 5 inches from the top of the door, and the bottom hinge 10 inches from the bottom. Then, use a chisel to cut out the mortise on both the door and the frame to ensure a flush fit. Place the hinge into the mortise and screw it in using the provided wood screws. Hold the door up to the frame, align the hinges, and then attach the hinge to the frame.

For flush hinges, simply mark the installation positions on the door and the frame, and then screw the hinges directly into place as they do not require mortising.

Concealed hinges require drilling a cup – hole in the door. First, mark the position for the cup – hole (usually 22 – 35mm in diameter depending on the hinge). Then, use a forstner bit to drill the hole to the appropriate depth (around 12 mm). Fit the cup of the hinge into the hole and secure it with screws. Finally, attach the mounting plate to the door frame, making sure it aligns properly.

Maintenance

To ensure the long – term performance of our door hinges, regular maintenance is recommended. Clean the hinges regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stainless – steel hinges, occasional cleaning with a mild stainless – steel cleaner can help maintain their luster and corrosion resistance. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the finish or the material of the hinge. Check the screws periodically to ensure they are tightened and replace any worn – out or damaged parts promptly.
